in which we found some good, sisterbonding time.
March 2016: Meesh and Mads visit Rach and Cind in their new city for the next couple years of school. lots of walking and driving to and fro and wandering in places no one was familiar with — we were ALL tourists this weekend. but also just some warm catching up and seeing new homes and new-familiar faces and learning about life after college for all of us. thank you for your hospitality and for your times and your energies.
we left late on a Friday — late afternoon, early evening…and squiggled through back roads all the way up to Pennsylvania b’cuz we wanted to avoid tolls. the verdict: just pay for the tolls. it is worth it. additional drama from sleepy ladison and navigation fail cause “Philadelphia, Pennsylvania” is not actually where Rachel and Cindy live. sigh/LOLs.
bag lady comes bearing bags and gifts and bags of gifts. hehe ❤
